Anthony Reardon

Founder of ERM international

Specializes in risk transformation and empowering organizations through greater alignment of risk and strategy.

Anthony is the founder and managing director of ERM International. 

He has more than 20 years’ experience working in Australian and internationally. He was awarded Australasia’s Risk Manager of the Year in 2018 for excellence in risk management and contribution to the profession.

Highlights

  • Head of risk for BHP, leading a global transformation program in response to BHP’s 2015 Samarco disaster.
  • Led remediation of the risk team and risk practices for a multi-billion-dollar engineering project following significant failings while living in Canada/US.
  • Led design and implementation of a global enterprise risk solution while living in Singapore.
  • Led a catastrophic risk management program in response to multiple fatality events in 2008. The success of this program has resulted in the client remaining fatality free to this day.

Richard Stanwix

Richard has been a risk and resilience practitioner for more than 30 years, and has worked with multiple Fortune 100 or major listed firms across eleven countries.
